The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal also apply to our Return Policies. Therefore, the following products cannot be returned according to our Return Policies (with the exception of defective products):

• sealed items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery or in the case of products that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other goods. WHICH MEANS OPEN BOTTLES WILL NOT BE TAKEN CHARGE FOR RETURN

The products are shipped throughout the national territory and in other countries within the EU.

The shipment takes place within the indicative term of 48 working hours in the national territory, of 3-5 working days in Europe, except for delays not attributable to the company; three delivery attempts have been made,
In the case of an untraceable recipient, the shipment will be blocked in the warehouse of the courier in charge of the shipment.
In case of failure to collect within the term (15 days) the order will be returned to the Company and the costs will be borne by the Customer.
